mob recording | ENG
An environment in which artists feel at home.
Location
Who wants to sit in the dark? MOB inspires with daylight. It’s beautiful here. And quietly, you can work undisturbed – nevertheless, a few steps and you are in Hamburg’s most popular quarter.
Idea
Songwriting in one room, programming beats in another, recording tracks in the third – or classical control / recording room: Many scenarios are possible. Good acoustics, top equipment ? Of course, we attach particular importance to the fact that musicians and producers can seamlessly integrate their analog treasures and other equipment – contemporary work, everyone can produce here in his own way.
History
Already in the 90s as a recording studio a firm size in the Hamburg Independent scene (the Ärzte, Abwärts, Sisters of Mercy). 2008 modernized by Kim Kiesling and Martin Fekl-Look. Besides pop productions (Tim Bendzko, Lena Meyer-Landruth, Blumfeld, Dick Brave, Ben Becker, Revolverheld), music for film and TV. Since 2018 again as MOB at the start – nice!

mob recording | DE
